Guided Yoga Sessions: Experienced yoga instructors led participants through various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. Sessions were adapted to accommodate all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners.

Emphasis on Well-being: The sessions highlighted how regular yoga practice can reduce stress, improve concentration, enhance flexibility, and boost overall immunity – all crucial aspects for healthcare professionals.
