Department of Community Health Nursing was established in 2009 when the first batch of BSc Nursing students were admitted to the University of Kerala.

The Obstetrical & Gynecological Nursing department provides specialized training to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Mental Health Nursing
Mental health Nursing Department was raised in the year 2009 when the first batch of BSc Nursing students were admitted under university of Kerala. Mental health Nursing department is committed to train the students to develop an empathetic approach to all clients & families irrespective of their disease conditions. Our endeavour is to drive in the concept of therapeutic use of self among students so that they can apply it in all nursing care situations with special focus on mentally ill patients & their families.
